DINO DELIVERY DAY
Spring has officially arrived, and the first dinosaur sculpture arrived at Jackalope Park.
If you are searching for a 13-foot cast aluminum dinosaur, I highly recommend the folks at Barberville Emporium. They have the best customer service ever!
Until today, the exterior of my studio blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment, with its unassuming facade, simple lines, and colors that evoke a sense of normalcy. Visitors might pass by without a second glance, mistaking it for any other building in the area. However, upon stepping inside, one is transported to another world filled with oddities and curiosities. The interior bursts with art, forgotten taxidermy, eclectic decor, and an assortment of intriguing artifacts, each telling its unique story. I hope to spark the imagination and creativity of those who enter.
I have intentionally kept my creativity hidden from view. I didn't want people to see my studio because I feared their judgment. I was afraid of unsolicited opinions.
I’m not sure where this fear was planted. It is a recent phenomenon. When I travel with my art or meet with buyers from afar, I’m always my most authentic self, yet I have become a hermit in my own community.
That limiting belief broke last fall. I no longer cared. I knew I needed to create a world outside my comfort zone for others who relate to being a misfit like me.
My goal is simple. I want to bring joy and inspire others to take action to create the world they want. What better way to start this journey than with a giant dinosaur!
